Grief Yoga
join me as I launch my grief yoga series.

tonight's class will be free however pre-registration is going to be required so I can keep the group a manageable size. please message me to sign up.

We're going to be working on different flows and journaling to help release pent-up emotions. I will be providing tissues. Please bring a mat and a journal.
