This course is designed to outline the fundamentals of real estate investment and the multiple strategies available to the investor/agent to become more knowledgeable. Help Real Estate agents / participants understand all the basic phases of real estate investment as a vehicle to expand their real estate business.

Course Objective: At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to:

1. Understand real estate investing as a licensed real estate agent;

2. Understand how Georgia License Laws impact an agent’s actions, communication and contracts when purchasing and selling and leasing properties as an agent investor;

3. Identify a property in foreclosure – Understand the three phases of foreclosure investing in Georgia;

4. Understand the difference between traditional financing and creative real estate financing & how to find appropriate financing;

5. Describe and discuss how to make real estate investing lucrative for the long haul;

6. Develop strategies to assist the public with various real estate investment propositions;

7. Describe the 10 pillars of real estate investment;

8. Identify what “wholesaling” involves and understand wholesale investment strategies and how to legally and ethically address this matter in a real estate contract.
