Yin Yoga

All poses seated on the floor. This is a class that gently targets the bodies deep connective tissue relieving any tension or stress that is stored. Expect to hold poses for 3-5 mins allowing time to gradually soften the body and release.

All props provided. Spaces limited.
All levels encouraged, no experience required.

These classes are infused with the essence of Yoga - the physical perspective and philosophical foundations. With all poses held on the floor we are inviting stillness, introspection and a supportive practice to bring equilibrium to our physical body and the nervous system.

Wednesdays 6:15pm - 7:30pm
6 class pass for $100 (from 4th February must be used within 10 weeks)
1 class pass - $20
Exchange can be cash or bank transfer if preferred.
