Tree Of Light

This year's Tree od Light is all about making a difference!

When you make your pledge in remembrance of a loved one, you will be able to choose a small plush toy to hang on our special Tree of Light.
Each toy pledged will be donated to children in need at Christmas time - passing comfort and joy forward to those who need it most.

All funds raised go directly towards the continued care and support of patients living with life-limiting illnesses in our community, as well as their family members.
