Amanda from The Wellness Well.
With over 15 years in the Wellness Industry, Amanda has had the joy of guiding people through embodied practices such as yoga & Pilates. She is passionate about supporting women holistically, reminding them that their bodies are wise: and when we listen deeply enough to our bodies we can navigate life’s transitions with more grace and less struggle.
As a mum to four gorgeous adults, she’s lived through every stage of womanhood – from the intensity of early motherhood to the profound shifts that come with midlife. She knows firsthand how our bodies whisper, then speak, then sometimes shout for our attention during these transitions.
Jo from Big Love Ceremonies is a ceremonialist of 15 years who loves a good ritual and knows the power of gathering in sacred spaces. As a grief educator and author, she helps people navigate the losses that come with life's transitions - including the often unspoken grief of menopause, which she's navigating herself as a mother and woman in midlife.
Jo has supported countless people through times of change and loss. She understands that grief isn't just about death - it's about the necessary letting go that happens as we grow and change throughout life.
Jo brings both professional wisdom and lived experience to this conversation, creating safe spaces where women can honour what they're experiencing, feel less alone, and find their way through together.
