Sunday Bard Sessions
Every Sunday | Jumping Goats Bar, Margate
A relaxed, welcoming open jam for musicians, Whether you sing, play an instrument, write songs, or just want to listen and network, come down and be part of a friendly musical community. Expect a mix of covers, originals, spontaneous collaborations and opportunities to form bands and develop material in a low‑pressure setting.
What to bring
- Instrument or voice (amp not required)
- Any pedals, mics, etc.
- A few song ideas or originals you'd like to try
- Positive energy and readiness to collaborate
Venue
- Jumping Goats Bar stocks all‑Australian beers and liquor and actively supports local producers.
- Comfortable space, casual vibe, and a supportive audience of fellow musicians and music lovers.
How it works
- Drop in any Sunday and play when you’re ready.
- Sets are informal — players rotate, collaborate, and cue each other.
- Aim to be mindful of volume, share the stage, and help keep things moving so everyone gets a turn.
