As a participant in dreamwork, your role is to facilitate a safe and open environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their dreams. Listen attentively and encourage exploration, while being mindful not to impose your own interpretations.

Dream Symbols – The Basics

Dream symbols are unique to each individual, often reflecting personal experiences, feelings, and unconscious thoughts.

Encourage clients to explore what symbols might mean to them
personally.

Working with Dreams in the Therapeutic Space

Integrating dreamwork into therapy can provide valuable insights and promote healing. Support clients in connecting their dreams to waking life issues and use dreams as a springboard for deeper self-understanding and growth.
