Before the holidays sweep us away in noise and motion, we gather to pause. To breathe. To remember what is sacred.
Join us for an intimate women’s circle where the medicine of the breath meets the art of tea and stillness.
This offering is born from fourteen years of friendship between Areti and Haley - two soul sisters walking the path of presence, ceremony, deep connection to nature, stillness & remembrance. The ones who have journeyed through times of love, loss, births & deaths, proximity and distance to now abide in what feels like such a nourishing soul aligned friendship.
Together they weave a space that feels both ancient and familiar: a sanctuary for your nervous system, a homecoming for your soul.
Haley will guide 90 minutes of gentle conscious connected breathwork, including mindfulness meditation and live sound healing, Areti will facilitate a silent tea ceremony. We offer lots of space for gentle reflection, as we journey inward - from doing to being, from story to silence, from effort to ease.
Let this be your exhale before the festive season.

Fourteen years of friendship —woven through wild adventures, heartfelt tears, and endless laughter.
We’ve raised our children side by side, danced through the chaos of life, pitched tents under starlit skies, ran wild and free through the forest and shared countless cups of tea and stories that healed our hearts.
From Children’s Yoga teacher training together to separations, divorce from health scares, to love ones ill, to new beginnings — we’ve witnessed each other rise, fall, and rise again.
Ours is no ordinary friendship — it’s a soul pact. Built on unconditional love, cheeky humour, and the courage to be real. We’ve cheered each other on through life’s seasons, celebrated the small wins, and held space when words weren’t enough.
Kindred Sisters — wild at heart, grounded in truth, guided by love.
A friendship that feels like family, threaded with adventure, laughter, and an unshakable love for life, each other, our families and Mother Nature herself. 🌿✨
