What Are Therapeutic Card Spreads?
Card spreads are specific arrangements of cards, each position holding a particular meaning or purpose. They can be used to explore emotions, clarify goals, or spark meaningful conversations in a therapeutic context.

Best Practices, do’s and don’ts for Effective Facilitation
• Being mindful of group dynamics and individual sensitivities.
• Allowing time for participants to reflect and share at their own pace.
• Use of open-ended questions to foster discussion and insight.
