Join us for 𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡, a 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭, held on the 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 in the heart of Osmington’s forest sanctuary.
This is a day to breathe, to move gently, to be witnessed, and to refill what’s been poured out. Through yoga, sharing circle, and elemental alchemy, we gather to tend to our own roots — and slowly rebuild the sense of village around us.

𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.
Whether you’re in the tender newborn days, guiding teenagers, or walking as a grandmother — this space is for you.
Our intention is to create a 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞, 𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 where mothers can:
Reconnect with themselves beneath the noise and giving
Cultivate deep sisterhood and shared understanding
Be replenished through gentle practices and communal presence
If you have a 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬, they are warmly welcome to be part of the day — nestled close, crawling, feeding, sleeping as they need. This space is designed to be spacious and gentle, where you can fully integrate your little one as part of your rhythm.
If your children are older, this is your time to 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐜𝐮𝐩, to be among other mothers, to remember yourself as woman and soul — not just mother.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞
We welcome the 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐬 — young women preparing for motherhood or simply drawn to the energy of nurturing — to join us in service and learning. Being present in a circle of mothers, babies, and crones is one of the most powerful initiations into womanhood.
And we welcome the 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬, our elder women, to join as 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 — grounding the space with lived experience and presence. Together, we weave the full circle of womanhood.

𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐬 & 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐫è𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
When we say 𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘴, we mean little ones who still depend on close contact and comfort — those who are held, fed, and settled in arms or near their mother. Crawlers are welcome; once your child is walking and more independently exploring, we trust you’ll know whether this space still feels workable for both of you.
We are also developing a 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for future 𝘕𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩 gatherings — designed for little ones who are 𝐭𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬. This will run for a short morning session, allowing mothers to drop into the yoga and sharing circle while their children enjoy creative bush play nearby.
