In this three-part workshop series with Yoga Facilitator Ash Walitschek, you’ll explore each chakra, or energy center, as a reflection of your lived experiences, relationships, emotions, and personal growth.
Maybe your body’s been buzzing with anxiety, or you’re craving a sense of stability that just won’t land. Perhaps your emotions feel like they’re running the show — or maybe you feel nothing at all. You might be questioning your confidence, wondering where your spark went or why your motivation feels flat.
Is your heart feeling like a wall of steel — protected, but closed? Do you struggle to speak your truth or find the right words in important moments? Have you lost sight of your vision, your creativity, or the imagination that once lit you up? And beneath it all, do you long for a deeper spiritual connection — something to remind you that you are supported, guided, and whole?
You’ve done the work. You’ve journaled, stretched, breathed... but something still feels stuck.
Through a blend of lecture, journaling, self-reflection, group sharing, breath, and yoga, you'll learn to identify when a chakra is underactive, balanced, or overactive — and how to work with that awareness in practical and spiritual ways, to bring more awareness and individual growth. This is a space for you to pause, connect, and realign. Whether you're new to chakra work or seeking to deepen your understanding, this series offers grounding insight, somatic integration, and soulful tools to carry into everyday life.

About Ash Walitschek
Ash's yoga teaching style is rooted in Iyengar based alignment, with added Vinyasa movement, Meditation and Breathwork. In her classes, she combines spiritual wisdom with practical tools, delving into transformative concepts like the chakras and various yogic philosophies. Ash encourages students to explore the power of affirmations, thought patterns, and nervous system regulation. This allows students to see and feel the shift in their practice, cultivating a stronger connection to their transcendental voyage as well as strengthening their mind and body.
Having completed a rigorous 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2020, Ash continues her journey in the 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at the Woodstock Yoga Lounge, under the guidance of experienced mentors. With a focus on safety and alignment, Ash ensures a nurturing environment, offering heightened awareness of body mechanics.
