Although the holiday season is a special time of the year, it can be stressful and overwhelming. Denise, an educator & clinician with a Doctor of Nursing Degree, Post Masters in Psychiatric/Mental Health and Health Administration with 30 + years of experience will present on how to see the joy of the season, embrace positivity and take time for yourself.
