7th-12th Grade Wolf Pack Boys Lacrosse Winter Training 2026

Winter Boys Lacrosse Training is back at Ultimate Goal — every Sunday, 6–7 PM, starting Jan 4 for 10 weeks (Feb 8th session will run 12–1 PM — Super Bowl Sunday!)

Open to all Westhill boys grades 7–12.
New players welcome — please share with anyone interested in playing this spring!

What to Expect:
Fundamentals, skill work, small-area reps & prep for the spring season. Players in the indoor league are encouraged to attend too.

Equipment: Full gear required. Need equipment? Contact Coach Cahill

Location: Ultimate Goal – 3800 Lee-Mulroy Rd, Marcellus

Cost: $150 for the full program (due Dec 31, 2025). $25 drop-in (due Friday before each session)
