Austrian Wine Dinner

It's no tricks, just treats here at Vom Fass where on Thursday, October 30th we'll be welcoming Katixa Mercier, Regional Sales Manager, with Boutique Wine Collection to tell us all about some Austrian wines that are so good... it's almost scary! Leave your costumes at home and join us for an evening of five Austrian wines, each served with a food pairing created by the team here at Vom Fass. Afterall, Anita will be the first to tell you, "Joe's half Austrian!"

But enough about Joe's geneology, this event is all about wine! Now you may very well have met Katixa if you were here for our Super Wine Tasting last May and we're so excited to have her back. Now, we know Austrian may not be as well-known or as easily accessible as wines from Italy, France, etc which is all the more reason why you should join us and learn something more about this country's wines! Especially if you think they only make riesling!

Now we still have a fair amount of "work" to do deciding which wines we want to feature and which dishes we'll be pairing them with (no, it won't be Vienna sausages!!), so check back soon for more details.

However, as popular as they five-course pairing dinners have become we encourage anyone who wants to enjoy some Austrian wines to not wait too long to reserve their seats, as these events often do sell out!! Attendees will enjoy five wines and five food pairings for just $60/person! That's a pretty sweet deal, especially when you consider that you've already eaten that bag of Halloween candy you bought for the trick'r'treaters and probably should go buy more. So treat yourself to a fun and flavorful evening with food, wine, and wine knowledge with Katixa Mercier!

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
