For over 25 years the Siuslaw Watershed Council has provided free native plants to area landowners with property along creeks, streams, lakes, and rivers. Our program now provides an average of 10,000 free native plants per year to around 100 local landowners.
Join us for the day as we work to assemble orders for this year's distribution! Volunteers can expect to put together orders of plants, planting stakes, and flagging in a fun community environment with a catered lunch provided. The work will require bending and stooping, along with some light lifting. Work will take place outdoors so dress for the weather.
