This two-hour one-day workshop will pick up from the last workshop. We will go over:
• Briefly revisit footwork patterns from the first workshop.
• Warm up drills for sparring.
• Cardio/breath management during combat.
• Building confidence in sparring.
• Tips/tools on how to reduce FEAR of getting hit.
• Work on pressure in different striking ranges.
• Pursuit and retreat drills.
• Technical sparring drills.
• Free flow sparring drills.
• Q & A
Supplies Necessary:
o MMA or Boxing Gloves (8-16oz)
Optional but recommended:
o Electrolytes and/or sports drink
o Headgear
o Groin Protection
o Headgear
o Mouthguard
Optional:
o Pen/Pencil + notebook to take notes
