Back to School Event-FILLED OUT APPLICATIONS ONLY TO APPLY

Attention: Our 3rd annual back to school event application will be on our website and this facebook page. The form needs to be filled out and emailed back to us immediately! WE DO NOT ALLOW WALKINS- this is a application & response with your information event. All incomplete applications will not be processed. If you have any questions, please ask before submitting your application distribution will be on August 5. It’s a Tuesday in Maple Shade. When you apply, in the response back you will have all the details you need to attend We will have clothing and shoes and things that we had last year along with backpacks and other things that we will get donated. If we reach a certain amount we will stop taking them so I suggest you fill them out. Please make sure you tell your employers if you have any that you would need an hour or two to pick up the book bags if your children are in high school we do not need them, we understand at that age they don't want to attend. You still would need to bring their information if you want to participate.

If you have ever attending our holiday giveaways, that information you are required to bring at those appointments is the same at this event. You must be the parent or legal guardian ( long form birth certificate or court papers and show proof you live at the address( driver license) . If you are a STEP PARENT- the biological parent has to fill out separate application and designate you as the person allowed to bring their child. All this information will be in the confirmation email you will need to enter.
