40 Hours Devotion February 20-22

Are you looking for a Lent activity or retreat this year?

Please join the Churches of St. Timothy and St. Ignatius in a special forty-hour period of continuous prayer and adoration made before the Blessed Sacrament in solemn exposition Friday, February 20th – Sunday, February 22nd.

This is a shared event, with a procession of the Blessed Sacrament from The Church of St. Timothy to St. Ignatius at approximately 12:00 pm Saturday. Led prayer is scheduled at various times throughout this forty hour period, as well as abundant time for quiet and uninterrupted personal prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.

The forty hours includes presentations by Deacon Bill Schroeder. The theme for the three presentations is “From Your Head to Your Heart: Using the Practices of Prayer, Fasting, and Almsgiving to Deepen Our Relationship with Christ and His Church.” 40 Hours for Our Lord closes Sunday, January 22nd with 10:15 am Benediction and 10:30 am Mass at St. Ignatius. A reception following Mass will be hosted by the CCW.
