Summer must inevitably come to an end, and as the cool autumn weather replaces the scorching heat of August and September, we gather together in the mountains of Artemisia to celebrate a bountiful harvest. Fight among the trees, go on a beastie hunt, take some classes in the coolness of the grotto, and sing your songs around the campfire. The leaves are dry but the site is wet!
Pets on leashes are welcomed. Fires in established firepits only. You may use propane stoves, charcoal barbeques, and even propane fire pits, but not those tall crazy propane torch beacons. Fire restrictions are subject to change based on current fire conditions.
People may set up on Thursday (September 11) after 3pm and enjoy a night of camping on site before the gate opens on Friday. Early On participants are expected to help with setup.

Location:Box Elder Campground, 500 S Park Dr, Mantua, UT 84324
Directions: Follow US 89/91 to Mantua, Utah. Turn east onto 600 N and go one block. Turn right onto Main Street and follow it 0.84 miles to 100 S. Turn right and go 0.25 miles to 300 W. Turn left and go 0.25 miles to a “T”. Turn left and go 0.28 miles to an intersection. Turn left into the site. Signs will be posted.
Adult Event Registration: $45 camping, $35 day trip
Adult Member Registration: $35 camping, $25 day trip
Minor Registration: Those 18 and under are guests of the Shire
