Join Ali Nohinek for a deeply healing and expansive experience that weaves together gentle yoga and transformational breathwork to unlock the body’s innate intelligence, clear stagnant emotions, and awaken a profound sense of peace and clarity.
We’ll begin with a grounding, mindful yoga practice designed to prepare the nervous system and open the body. From this place of connection, we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey — a powerful modality that uses conscious breathing patterns to access altered states of awareness, emotional release, and deep self-healing.

What to bring:
Yoga mat/pad
Two Blankets or shawl (optional pillow and bolster)
Journal and pen
Water bottle/chapstick
Optional: eye mask or pillow for comfort
