Join us for a peaceful and grounding morning at Hickory Vines Winery on Saturday, January 31 at 11:00 AM. This nourishing experience begins with a warm, gentle guided meditation, followed by the soothing tonal sounds of crystal singing bowls, facilitated by embodied and somatic therapist Amy Kuscsik.

This class is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and settle into peace and calm—no prior experience needed.

• A yoga mat or blanket (or both) to stay comfortable

• Suggested donation of $15-25 (options are on a first come basis as you feel lead to support your guided experience)
