Book here for your magical Elevator Ride & Santa Visit at Four Seasons!

We invite you to take a ride in ‘Santa’s Magical Elevator’.

Press the button & step inside for an immersive, interactive & magical journey to the North Pole.

When your trip is finished, ring the bell and Santa’s Elves will meet you and take you to his Grotto.

Tickets are £8.50 per child.

A booking is recommended to visit Santa. He will become very busy.

Tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule a booking before your visit, subject to availability remaining.

Up to four children may be included in a booking. More than four children requires a second booking.

* Please note, Santa has a mince pie break between 1pm-2pm.
