All competitors receive a t shirt.
Trophies for top 3 pair in each class.
Event 1
- Log floor to overhead
- Alternating lifts
Event 2
- Farmers in to duck walk.
- 10 metres farmers, turn and return.
- 10 metres duck, turn and return.
- 1st of the pair must complete both implements before 2nd can set off.
Event 3
- Deadlift ladder (3 lifts)
- increasing weights, 1st of pair must complete all 3 before 2nd can start ladder.
Event 4
- Keg carry relay.
- 10 metres turn and return.
Event 5
- sandbag tennis over yoke
- maximum in 60 seconds
*mixed pairs will alternate lift due to different male/female weights.
