Knuckle + Flow is a 4-week movement series designed to introduce you to the rhythm and technique of striking arts in a safe, supportive environment. Drawing from kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Panantukan (Filipino dirty boxing), this class blends striking fundamentals with cardio drills set to music and a yoga-based cool down.
Each week we’ll build from the ground up — punches, elbows, knees, and kicks — weaving them into creative combos that move with rhythm and breath. Expect to sweat, learn, and grow at your own pace.

Beginners curious about martial arts and striking fitness
Anyone wanting cardio with real technique
Folks looking for a supportive, body-positive space to move
What to Bring:
Clean athletic shoes
Comfortable clothes to move in
Water + towel
Optional: boxing gloves, hand wraps, or shin guards (studio provides some shared equipment)
