FREE Community Bully Prevention Class

This free 2-hour seminar is designed for kids ages 8–14 and will blend practical bully prevention tactics with basic self-defense techniques from our martial arts program.

Your child will learn how to:
- Respond to verbal and physical bullying
- Use strong body language and confident tone
- Set clear boundaries
- Get help from adults when needed
- AND apply simple, age-appropriate self-defense moves to escape or protect themselves when needed

No experience is needed. This is a great intro to martial arts and personal safety in a way that’s active, empowering, and age-appropriate.
