Flexibility and Flow with Ohio Health

In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center

Program runs weekly, Tuesdays at 1 PM

Move through a series of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. The session concludes with restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation to help reduce stress and enhance mental clarity.

Free for Members/$10 for Non-members/SilverSneakers free (must show card upon arrival)
