Bereavement Group

Do you sometimes feel that you need a safe space to talk about the loved ones that you are grieving for? Do you need to be able to cry or laugh about your memories without the fear of upsetting someone else?

Our group meet together each month to talk, cry and laugh with others who understand. New members will be given a warm welcome.

We support one another through discussion and sharing.

Please join us if you have been bereaved at any time and would value a chance to talk to others who have also experienced grief.

All are very welcome, we meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at St Albans Church.
