Deep Rest & Reiki

Join seasoned teacher Shauna Gross for an evening of deep rest and renewal. Shauna will guide you through calming meditations designed to gently wind down the nervous system, followed by slow, opening movements that clear stagnant energy and invite ease into the body.
As the practice unfolds, you'll be supported by the healing vibrations of sound and gentle hands-on Reiki, offered by Shauna and other practitioners. Together, these modalities create a sanctuary for release, alignment, and restoration-allowing your body, mind, and spirit to soften and reconnect.

Open to all levels - $25 per participant - pre payment required to hold space
