CHRISTMAS SPECIAL - TUESDAY 6AM BEACH BOOTCAMP!!!

A sandy Christmas-themed special for our last scheduled session before our Xmas Shutdown Period
YES - THIS SPECIAL SESSION IS ON A TUESDAY MORNING !!!!

We will run a Saturday-style Bootcamp session on the sand in place of the regular Tuesday groups (ie no Boxing and Run Group on Tuesday 23rd, nor any 7pm Bootcamp on the 23rd)

Noone is going to the office 2 days out - or they're not going on time anyway!!! Get along to our Xmas special and get in the spirit before the last few days or work!
