As the holiday season begins to stir with its familiar rush and noise, take this time to step into stillness and reconnect with the quiet glow within. Silent Light is a 2-hour sanctuary of calm designed to gently support your body, soothe your mind, and restore your spirit.
We’ll begin with the soothing tones of sound to clear the mental clutter and guide you into presence. From there, you'll be led through a nurturing sequence of gentle movement, restorative yoga, and self-massage, supported by the grounding aromas of seasonal essential oils. The experience will deepen with calming breathwork and a guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation that invites profound rest and renewal.
This workshop is open to all levels.
Come as you are, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
