-Transformative Grief Yoga Practices
-Time for written reflection
-Opportunity for sharing a part of our story of loss
-Conversation based on the fundamental aspects of grief and its impact on our lives
-Refreshments of coffee, tea, water, rolls, and fruit
-Samples of a Grief Yoga Practice written materials
