Full Moon Restore

Honor the energy of the full moon with this deeply relaxing, grounding restorative yoga practice. Using long-held, supported poses, breathwork, and guided meditation, we’ll create space to release tension and reset the nervous system. This is the perfect opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect under the moon’s luminous glow. All levels welcome—no experience needed.
