Sinking into Fall: Mini Retreat 🍂

Sink into the season with us. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of vinyasa flow led by Hayley — a chance to move with your breath, shake off the heaviness of summer, and fall into rhythm with autumn’s slower pace.

From there, Ariane will guide you through 45 minutes of grounding yin yoga. Think deep stretches, long holds, and mindful breathing that root you into the present. Helping you welcome the cool days ahead with steadiness and ease.

We’ll close in extended savasana with guided relaxation and a cozy pumpkin spice infused chilled towel for your forehead. After class, sip on a seasonal drink from The Watering Hole Coffee Bar and take home a little fall self-care goodie bag.
