The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center is offering a Pain Neuroscience Education program to help individuals take control of their chronic pain and health and get back the life they want. The program uses a mind-body approach based on current neuroscience research and includes other strategies and exercises for treating pain.
The class meets Sept. 15 – Oct. 8. The cost of the class is $50 for Wellness Center members and $75 for non-members.

Tuesday, September 30, 12 - 1 p.m. – Tai Chi with Maddie Milbrath; 1 - 2 p.m. – Mindfulness, Relaxation and other techniques with Heather Bruckshen
Wednesday, October 1, 9 - 10 a.m. – Nutrition and Pain with Cher Zeddies
Wednesday, October 8, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. – Class: Coping Strategies, review, outcome paperwork
