Trick or Treating in the City of Manitowoc is set for 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025! Turn on your porch light and hand out candy or dress up in a fun costume and go house to house to partake in this beloved tradition. 👻🎃🦇

Trick-or-treaters can stay safe and ensure a "gourd" time by following these safety tips:
-Travel with an adult
-Bring a flashlight
-Only visit well-lit homes
-Never enter a stranger's home
-Inspect your candy before eating
-Cross the road at crosswalks
