We are offering an in-person Toy Shop sign-up for families who prefer to complete a paper application instead of registering online. Staff will be available to help you fill out the application and answer any questions.

This sign-up is for families seeking Christmas assistance through our Toy Shop program.
Online applications are still available at saangeltree.org for anyone who prefers to register online.
Please bring the following documents:
If you receive services from Economic Support:
• Letter of Determination
(Services include FoodShare, BadgerCare, Family Planning, WI Home Energy Assistance, and WI Shares. If you need a copy, visit

If you do NOT receive services from the county, please bring:
Photo ID (required)
Proof of Residence (one required):
• Photo ID with current address
• Rent lease or agreement
• Piece of mail with current postmark
• Utility bill
Proof of Income (one required):
• Check stubs
• SSI or SSD award copy
• 2024 income tax records
Proof of Household Members (one required for each person receiving assistance):
• Birth certificates
• 2024 income tax records
If you have permanent or temporary custody, placement, or guardianship of a child who is not your own, please bring proper documentation.
