Group Power New Content Launch

Join us for the January launch of Group Power at 9:15am in Studio Y. Free for members!

Due to the popularity of Group Power launches, we are asking members to reserve their spot through the YMCA360 app.

To do that, open the YMCA360 app and click on My Y. Then scroll down a bit and choose Schedules, Group Fitness. Find January 18 and choose “Reserve” in the blue box by Group Power. It’s that easy!
