"Dial Down: Holistic Strategies to Move from Chaos to Calm" is a practical guide that combines wellness practices, personal stories, and poetry to help readers manage stress and achieve lasting calm. Author Raquel Durden, a former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and cancer survivor, shares her insights from working with women veterans and first responders, demonstrating how holistic strategies promote peace and connection. As the founder of Humble Warrior Wellness & Yoga, Raquel has supported women veterans for nearly a decade. Now residing in Georgia, she spends her summers in Wisconsin with her husband, Dave, and continues to empower others to transform adversity into growth.

This free event begins at 11am on September 13th at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum. You won't want to miss the chance to hear Raquel speak!
