Join us as we honor and remember loved ones during our Bells for Hospice Memorial Service at Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital Atrium.

✨ Names of loved ones will be read aloud and displayed on bells throughout the month of November.
✨ Learn about the benefits of hospice care.
✨ Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
