Whether you're a full-time corporate girl, a mom with a part-time side gig, CEO of a major company, or anything in between...we're coming together for connection, inspiration, and taking the mask of to get real and share about how HARD it can be as a gal with a job these days!

We've picked some of our favorite success stories from women around the Lancaster area to share their struggles, successes, and failures. They're getting real as they share what it looks like in their lives to RISE UP and overcome the hardships that come with managing a job, a personal life, and finding time for themselves.
