Handmade gnocchi, pan-fried in brown butter, with kale pesto and mushroom confit.
Course 4 — Reputation Cabernet Sauvignon
Grilled ribeye with roasted root vegetable stuffing, bleu cheese mornay, and fig gastrique.
Course 5 — Poema Dulce Cava
Ginger, pear & white chocolate torte.
