The Whole Health Check: Early Detection & You

Join us for August's session of Understand & Empower titled, "The Whole Health Check: Early Detection & You."

Candace Dumas, DNP, and Kristen Shelhamer, RN, will lead an engaging and informative session exploring how whole-body wellness and early detection go hand in hand. From dermatology and dental health to vision and complementary therapies, learn what to watch for—and when to take action. You'll also get practical tips, resource information, and plenty of time for Q&A to support your personal health journey. Zoom option available.
