‼️ EXACT PICK UP TIME & LOCATION IS DETERMINED BY DRIVER ONCE YOU ARRIVE IN NYC. ALL TIMES ARE APPROX & DEPENDENT ON TRAFFIC, WEATHER & OTHER MISC FACTORS
😀 So many things to do! Visit Freedom Tower, Take. Carriage ride through Central Park, Visit the amazing Vendors at the Artisan Market, at Bryant Park, Take pictures of the Famous Tree at Rockefeller Center, Ice Skate, visit St Patrick's Cathedral, or Shop til you drop & Get Your Holiday Shopping Done!!!! Don’t forget to check out Times Square! And EAT EAT EAT!!!
💰 Price is $115 per person. EVERY person riding must have a paid seat, there are no “lap kids”. Must be 18 to ride bus or be accompanied by an adult. There is NO assigned seats please arrive early to ensure your party sits close together

⭐️Mandi Lynn Events reserves the right to move guests on the bus accordingly so that MINOR children may sit with an adult in their party
🤩 This is a motor coach with tv's, dvd player and a bathroom. Typically buses have WiFi & electrical outlets but we are not guaranteed. DVD’s are not always available so please bring your own if you’d like to.
🥤 You may bring snacks and drinks, however no glass is allowed.
❌ No Alcohol, No Vaping, No recreational drugs
💵 Bus Driver Tip: $5 per Person (Not per party) will be collected after the 1st rest stop for Drivers Tip. Please bring cash.
🚎 There are 54 seats available. All ages welcome. Seats filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Bus charted through Hale Transportation.
‼️NO transfer or selling/gifting tickets without notifying ME FIRST! The person who purchased them is the name on the Master List…. That & the confirmation message FROM ME is how you board the bus
🧳 You May store items on bus, however the yare not accessible while in NYC. The bus is locked, however Mandi Lynn Events no Hale Transportation will be held liable for your belongings left .
💺 The seat you ride there in will be the seat you ride back on.
❄️ This bus travels in snow. We only cancel if Hale Transportation cancels due to a weather advisory. And then we will reschedule for a later date

🎟️ The bus must sell a certain amount of seats to make the trip a “go”. We will post once we have sold enough. Please note all final decisions will be made no later than 2 weeks prior to trip date. If we cancel, refunds begin to be processed 2 weeks from trip date.

💥 If you do a $25 seat deposit your FULL balance is due within 2 weeks from DEPOSIT DATE. If you do not submit full balance, you will forfeit your deposit & will need to purchase seats in FULL if you choose to go. A deposit is a courtesy.
