De-Escalation Training

We will do a brief, hand-on training on the art of de-escalation. While this training focuses on de-escalation while exercising First Amendment rights, de-escalation is a useful skill in all areas of life. Learn how to be your own referee, find your center, and help even hostile interactions become a place of calm. We will meet in the Groesbeck Room on the second floor.
