Cost for Vendors to set up is $25 per stall (10x10). The $25 Fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by MHK Community Market.
As all Vendors know, stalls with vehicles give you a 10x10 stall to sell and room for your vehicle behind your tent.
If you wish to have your vehicle sideways to your stall you will need two stalls.
Any Vendor signing up after the deadline of 24 November 2025 will be placed in next open spot and stall fees will be $40 per stall.
Stalls will be reserved after payment is received.

• Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths with a Christmas theme. Vendors that used Christmas lights had more sales.
• Only silent generators are authorized - AKA Inverter Generator. (baffle/ enclosed box will be accepted for this event)
• Assigned stalls will be issued for this event. (Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, signs, lights etc.)
• Not all stalls have vehicle parking and will be issued according to order of sign up.
• Event map will be emailed to all registrants prior to the event.
• Setup can begin two hours prior to event start. 1300 – 1500 (1pm – 3pm)
• All vehicles must be out of the event walk area by 15:45 (3:45pm)
• When the event comes to a close vehicles are not allowed in the event walk area until told by event staff it is ok. 1900-1915 (7pm-7:15pm) this will depend on customer traffic to minimize hazards.
• There is a maximum of three stalls per vendor, if a fourth stall is needed please select other and email the market so we may be able to accommodate.
• Food vendors my purchase a stall for table and chair setup for their customers.
• If you feel you do not meet the 75% requirement contact the market with what you sell and we can bring it to the market members for authorization
There were over 5000 people that went through the event last year. We anticipate more vendors as well as traffic this year.
