Caregiving Around the Clock: 12 Moments for You

In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, Meadowlark’s Cancer, Memory, and Parkinson’s Programs invite care partners to a special drop-in event designed just for you.

Caregiving Around the Clock: 12 Moments for You offers a calming, come-and-go experience featuring 12 unique stations focused on support, renewal, and self-care. Enjoy a healthy snack, relax with a chair massage, gather helpful resources, explore communication tips, and discover moments of self-compassion — all at your own pace.

Whether you have five minutes or fifty, this is your time to pause, refuel, and feel appreciated. Join us between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, in the Event Center at Meadowlark

Loved ones are welcome to attend alongside you, or they can participate in an adjacent activity space while you enjoy the event. We’re here to support both you and those you care for. This is a come-and-go event. No registration required.
