Canning 101: Water bath basics

Have you always wanted to try canning but just don’t know where to start? Then this is a class you won’t want to miss! Join us for a morning of canning. We will cover the basics of water bath canning and make several different items! Class will be held Wednesday, February 18 at Pottorf Hall from 9:00 AM - Noon. The class will be $20 and will include all your materials and two canned items to take home! Registration is limited so sign up soon!
