If an individual is interested in incorporating positive skills after suffering long or short term psychological or physical trauma. We have developed sessions/ or a group of people that meet every week. During our group discussion, individuals can find ways to adjust. Decompressing in covernsations with others, can often assist in the healing process from a the deep internal wound.
