Rally for Cat Shelter in North Hempstead - Tuesday 09/09/25

The Town of North Hempstead needs a cat shelter and a suitable TNR program!

WE ARE THE ONLY TOWN ON LONG ISLAND WITHOUT A CAT SHELTER.

For over 20 years, our elected officials have been giving us the runaround and it's time to hold them accountable.

Join us from 5:30-6:30 in front of Town Hall, then if you can, attend the Town Board Meeting and speak out during Public Comment.

We have been speaking out for months (some of us for years) and now they are finally starting to pay attention. We must keep up the pressure until we get results!

The Town Hall is directly across the street from the LIRR MANHASSET station
