Snow Fest 2025 Youth Camp

We are thrilled to offer a 4-day snow camp, where you'll enjoy skiing or snowboarding on Mount Ruapehu's Whakapapa ski field while staying at an alpine lodge at the base of the ski field road. Evenings will be filled with fun camp activities such as cooking dinner, games, hanging out with great people, and engaging in life-giving discussions about faith.

When: 28th Sept - 2nd Oct 2025

Where: SU Adventure Lodge

Who: 10-16 year olds

Fee: $250 early bird (any rental equipment / lift passes you may need is at your own additional cost)

There will be transport leaving from Youth Encounter Home Base Sunday and returning on Thursday. You will need to enquire about this with us and book it in.

Please note: This camp is weather-dependent. We will confirm three days prior whether it will proceed as planned or if alternative activities will be arranged.

Also, we will NOT provide Ski & Snowboard lessons. If it is your first time we highly recommend you book a lesson with a professional through the Whakapapa website.
